When will I receive my order? +
Most in-stock products ship within 2โ5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Custom or special-order items may take 2โ4 weeks โ we'll notify you at time of purchase.
My order hasn't arrived โ what do I do? +
First, check your tracking link above. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us at 613-233-0149 or Estradesignteam@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Order changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
I received the wrong or a damaged item. +
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery at Estradesignteam@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately โ no hassle.
Do you offer installation with product orders? +
Yes. Many clients purchase products online and then hire us for installation. Contact us after receiving your order to book an installation appointment. Rates vary by product type and scope.
