Estra Design ships all products across Canada through our trusted courier partners. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our estradesign.com store, powered by our secure Wix platform. We aim to process all in-stock orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Please note: Flooring products (luxury vinyl planks and tiles) are heavy and oversized items. Shipping costs for these products may be higher than standard parcels. We always show you the exact cost before you confirm your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use our Track Order page to follow your shipment in real time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high volume periods (especially during holiday seasons).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process subject to the conditions below.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-order products, cut-to-size flooring, installed fixtures, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at Estradesignteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Need a different size, finish, or colour? We're happy to facilitate exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details and the item you'd like instead, and we'll confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns — we cover costs if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We take great care with packaging, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. We take full responsibility for items damaged during transit or incorrectly fulfilled.
If you've purchased products and would like Estra Design to install them, contact us to book an installation appointment. Installation is separate from the product purchase and is priced based on the scope of work.
Renovation service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For project cancellations prior to the start date, please refer to your signed project agreement for specific terms.
Important: Estra Design is not responsible for products damaged during self-installation. We strongly recommend professional installation for all flooring and fixture products to ensure proper fitting and to maintain product warranty.
